Meet Mrs. Lynch!
Mrs. Lynch is a certified 7-12 biology teacher and K-6 Elementary teacher. She has a deep passion for the biological sciences and its various related fields.
Mrs. Lynch has achieved degrees in:
B.S. Elementary Education
B.S. Biology
Before transitioning to her role as an Educator, Mrs. Lynch was the Laboratory Manager working at the Department of Infectious Disease and Microbiology at the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public Health. In her laboratory, she researched potential drug targets for the parasite Trypanosoma brucei.
Working in the lab was a tremendously beneficial experience for Mrs. Lynch because it gave her a unique perspective into the various fields associated with working professionally after obtaining a degree in biology.
Mrs. Lynch enjoys interacting with students online and watching them fall in love with science. Mrs. Lynch will be offering courses in both the related biological sciences as well as courses that offer students a perspective into professional trades in science.
