Career Pathways and Exploration
The Career Pathways & Exploration Program gives middle and high school students the opportunity to explore careers, discover their interests, and learn about the many pathways available beyond high school.
Students are introduced to Pennsylvania’s updated career clusters and pathways while exploring real-world careers, educational opportunities, industry expectations, and the skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
Through engaging, career-focused learning experiences, students can investigate different industries, identify potential areas of interest, and begin building a foundation for future education, training, and employment.
Whether students already have a career goal or are still figuring out what they want to do, this program provides a structured way to explore possibilities, discover opportunities, and make informed decisions about their future.
